We thank all of our patients and partners for their ongoing support during this unprecedented time.

We are continuing to monitor the guidance provided by Vancouver Coastal Health and the Centre for Disease Control with regard to COVID-19. We are following the advice of our Health Authority and government agencies and therefore have implemented several new precautionary measures.

For the safety of all our patients and staff, we ask that if you have recently traveled outside of Canada, are feeling unwell or are experiencing any of these symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, to please kindly reschedule your appointment to a later date.

At Olympic Village Eye Care, we are:

• Increasing the frequency of sanitizing high touch areas
• Continuing the sanitation of all examination equipment after each patient
• Staff are washing hands frequently, limiting any physical patient contact, and are asked to stay home if they are unwell

We acknowledge that these are extremely challenging times for our patients and we are committed to keeping our patients and staff healthy and thus will continue to monitor the situation.
